They surveyed, supplied and fitted 18 double glazed units, fitted a new hinge to one window, repaired a window handle and replaced the silicone on one bay window. Door lock developed a fault, contacted John for advice as he had fitted door some time previously. He came to assess the problem, contacted the supplier and got a new lock system under warranty. Fitted new lock for us and wouldn’t charge for his time in coming out to look at the problem and then fitting of new lock. Great customer service and support, really pleased with the whole process.

We have an old house with mature wooden window frames and glazed units of varying shapes and sizes. Many of them needed replacing and most of them needed templating because they're not square or rectangular. The team are clearly well practiced at doing this. On replacing some of the larger panes John noticed two of the frames were rotting at the base and needed fixing. The repairs to these were done efficiently and expertly to the extent that the finished frames still look original. The quality of the work carried out is excellent and they are a friendly team to have in our home. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them unreservedly. Thanks
